Design Sprint for Documents

At Rocket Lawyer the bread and butter of the business is the legal document offering. I led a team to investigate opportunities that would reinvigorate our core business using concepts and practices learned from the Google Ventures team and their Design Sprint. Over the course of a week I defined opportunities to increase engagement, life time value of customers, and increase NPS. This sprint generated the document business roadmap and identified some simple, high impact projects that we had previously overlooked.
